Blueprint Purchase Request Form

The book will be given to the students entitled to it as always, but any interested alumni or friends who may wish to own one may order a copy by purchasing it in advance through the Blueprint Office. The cost includes an engraved name plate for the cover.

Upon clicking the Okay button, a copy of your application will be submitted to the Student Publications Office and a receipt sent to your e-mail account. If the edition you requested has been printed, the Student Publications Office will send you a copy as soon as it receives your check. If the edition has not been printed, the Student Publications Office will send you a copy as soon as it has been printed.
